A: If you cannot remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” option on the Login page. This sends a message to the email associated with your account. The email contains a link to reset your password. Click the link and follow the on screen directions to reset your password.

A:No you don’t need to install any specific software. All you need is a web browser to connect to the application.

A:Yes. Data is securely encrypted, stored, and backed up in the cloud. All your data being sent to and downloaded from our servers is protected with the highest industry-standard encryption.

A:Yes you can, there are no contracts.
